At the northern end of Kullu Valley and the River Beas is situated the modern town of Manali. A town with lovely forests and orchards with extensive facilities for the tourists.

Famous for its exquisitely carved doorway, Hadimba is dedicated to the goddess-turned-demoness Hadimba, the wife of Bhima. 45 km from Kullu at a height of 5700 ft, Famous for its Hot Springs which is believed to be good for rheumatism, gout, muscular pain etc. It is well known Pilgrimage place on account of Ancient Hindu Temple of Lord Ram and a Gurudwara.
The highest point on Manali Keylong road, it offers ample skiing and trekking opportunities at an altitude of 3980 mtrs. Situated on the Kelong-Leh highway, the pass offers a wide spread panorama of mountain scenery. It is directly opposite to Sonepani Glacier slightly left to the Twin Peaks of Geypan.
51 km from Manali, The highest point on the road, it offers limited skiing but ample trekking opportunities at an altitude of 4112 mts. on the highway to Keylong. The pass affords a Panorama of mountain scenery. Enroute to Rohtang, one can see the Nehru Kund a spring named after the late Prime Minister, Rahala Fall and Rani Nala a glacier point.
